Hi dear always use a patch test before applying any product on her like soap,etc. U can try Aveeno Baby Soothing relief moisturing cream it give relief from itching and restore baby dry irritated skin clinically proven and best for kids sensitive skin

Almond oil you can use you can also use NMFE vitamin E cream regularly which is what is going to be benefiting currently and then you can apply this regularly this is going to help in maintaining moisturising in the skin and along with that this is going to be good for you to reduce dryness and itching issue from the skin
