Q.
my 3 year old of baby girl, she is suffering with skin allergy like itchy rashes with tiny red bumps exposed at only fore arms and neck. And also she always scratching the rashes place with that she feels more irritating and itching. Kindly guide some treatment for this.

I would suggest to apply Clocip powder on those areas as this is Anti fungal and anti bacterial in nature.
Don't use any soap till it heals. Also apply oiling all over the body in winter time to prevent dryness. Give Home made nutritious food.
