my 2 year old daughter getting rashes on her skin, may I know what is the cause and she is continuously scratching.

A. hi dear Itchy Rash Treatment: Wash the skin once with soap to remove any irritants. Steroid Cream. For relief of itching, use 1% hydrocortisone cream (such as Cortaid).
