Q.

#asktheexperts my 2 year old son..have iron deficiency.. any suggestions to reduce this??

A. Start giving him overnight soaked black raisins or one fig per day and give pomegranate abd beetroot juice abd leafy vegetables should be a part of daily diet and Vitamin C rich fruits

A. You have to go ahead with giving iron supplement to the child and secondly, the kind of food that you can offer should be rich in iron like broccoli beetroot spinach and are you can also go ahead with a richest source of iron into the vegetarianWrite Your Answer Here
