#asktheexperts my 1year 3 month old daughter like only breastfeeding she not like other milk and sometime she eat solid but mostly time is not like eating solid what I can do it's normal or any issue she even not swallow food

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, you can try giving external milk by adding dry fruits powder to the milk to enhance the taste. you can give milk in the form of milk products like curd, paneer. total milk intake in a day should not be more than 400-500 ml in a day including milk products and breast milk.
young babies have small stomach capacity, so give small frequent meals.
encourage feeding by self and along with the family.
do not force feed. engage child in loving conversations and stories.
