#asktheexperts can we give cows milk after 1year while breastfeeding. will it affect breastfeeding.

A. hi dear mom..no it won't affect breast milk...just fur a habit. you can offer cow milk once..if you wish to so so..it's completely optional..you can even give other dairy products like fresh home made paneer or curd . happy parenting
