my boy is 20months old still breastfeeding ..when i stopped breastfeeding is it is complosry to give cows milk or not

If You are quitting breastfeeding then it is very important for you that you should start with any other food before you quit breastfeeding completely it can be any animal milk or it can be full cream packet milk whatever you are using at home for yourself you can use the same kind of milk for the child as well
