#AskTheExpert I am exlusively breastfeeding my baby 14 months old with solids . Do i give her cows milk ? if yes, how much ?

A. no cows milk for baby below 2 years. if you aren't able to breastfeed the baby then look for a formula which contains FOS and Fibre. my nephew had latching issue and our pediatrician suggested Dexolac Stage 1 when he was 1 months old

A. Hi dear good evening ya you can give. Any animal milk should be given only after a year. Animal milk is not good for your baby’s tummy. It contains a high sodium content and very low iron content.Further, the proteins present in it aren’t easily digestible . Two cups of milk everyday
