#asktheexperts my 12 weeks old just refuses to sleep during the day and gives me long stretches of sleep in the night . If she sleeps in the day then the night sleep gets extremely disturbed . Any tips ?

But that’s okay there is no problem in this behaviour we expect the child to sleep better during the night time anyways if your child is not sleeping much in the day and sleeping well in the night then there is no problem and kids get disturbed and they are irritated because of that which is very normal
