Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi no mostly it is common and Normal for breastfed babies to pass green stool. it is caused by imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk. so don't worry and if a child is formulafed baby then it is caused by iron supplements of formula. then again no need to worry but if your child passes green stool with mucus and foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician.
