A. Hi, initially baby will lose weight and gradually increase gaining the weight. By six month baby will get double the birth weight. Every month baby will gain around 500 g. So exclusively breastfeed once in every two hours and burp your baby well. Check the urine count baby should pass urine 6 to 8 times in a day. If the urine count is less than six times in a day then please call your paediatrician and check for top feed.
