#asktheexperts meri pregnancy ka 34 week chl rha hai or mere baby ki position transverse lie hai or placenta reaching upto the os hai or bacche ke gale m umbilical cord phasi hai..toh main kya exercise kr skti hu jisse baby cephalic position m aa jaye

A. Hi.. before trying any excersie consult your gynecologist first.I tried few excersie under observation of my doctor.. I had same condition that you are facing now.. I had transverse lies, cord around the neck in 34 weeks ..in my case at 37 weeks baby got cephalic position for delivery.. sometime cord Also came out from baby's neck because of baby moment. In my case cord was still there at time of delivery. and in most of the cases by the 39 weeks baby change his position to head down for normal delivery.. stay calm and positive ! Good luck!

A. Ma’am this is a misconception that your exercising is going to change the position of the child that does not happen if it has to happen it will happen naturally only and whether should you be doing exercising or not that your doctor can recommend because there is a chord around the neck of the child so you need to check with the doctor 1st
