ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Hello dear You can wait even upto one year after Giving birth for the periods to come spontaneously. But meanwhile keep using contraception because they can come at any time and you can get accidental pregnancy
