RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Mam there is no specific reason to it maybe you do not know this but first teeth of the child should be seen between the age of three months to 17 months on the higher side so you still left with about 7 more months so I would recommend you to wait till that much of a time
