ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. hii no need to worry. kids usually get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months. keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva soarness and itching in the gums. keep massaging the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
