#asktheexperts Mera baby 3 month ka hai. Mera brestmilk bahot kam hai. shatawri powder aur lactor tablet bhi le rhi hu. fir bhi kam hai.

give only breastmilk till completion of Six month.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . . . .

The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
