Hi A four-month-old child doesn’t even move that much I don’t know how your child fell from the bed but your child is too small as of now so instead of you know deciding it on your own you please can you check with your doctor ones as a doctor would check thoroughly and then only he can tell you whether your child has got hurt or there is any internal injury or
