Mam actually a lot of people believe that it creates a lot of gas in the body and it can lead to disturbance in your digestion during that time and it actually expands in the tummy after you eat which is why a lot of people believe rice is not meant to be eaten but I would suggest to the doctors don’t advise you to stop eating anything they always advise you to eat healthy so if your family believes you should not eat rice for the time you can avoid it for someday
