after the delivery it is better to take calcium and iron tablets until you breastfeed your child to avoid these problems.
also use the below recipe for your hair for healthy hair.
In a bowl of coconut oil add of curry leaves powder 3tbsp amla powder1tbsp n methi powder 2tsp n boil. At lat add castor oil 4drops n apply 3days in a week.
