#asktheexperts Mam suggest a diet chart for 2 year old boy He is only 11 kg when he was 1 year he was 10 kg Please suggest some food for height increase as I am only 5 feet being his mother I want him to be tall his father is 5’10 I hope he inherit height from him not from me

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 months agoA. There is no diet chart to be given you supposed to give all the family food to the child plus plenty of proteins should be given to the child both wear nonveg whatever you would prefer giving to the child for overall growth of your child
