Ma’am keep cleaning the eyes regularly with water I’m very sure this will help along with that you can check with your doctor what is the issue you can also Ciplox jobs if the doctor advises due to this is going to help in making eyes better otherwise without doctors assistance if you want to use something then you can use eyedrops eye tone
