#asktheexperts Mam I've had c-sec in Sept, so I've completed 3 months . My stitches have completed healed on examination at 6 weeks. When can I start doing exercises or yoga? Wht kind of exercises are good for post-natal belly toning?

A. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet n plenty if fluids It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine.
