#asktheexperts lactation consultant _I am a twin mom. exclusively breastfeeding twins, but one is satisfied. other wants little more. I switch after each feeding. should I not ? kindly advice. or please share this to lactation consultant to advise me.

A. hi mom yes you may switch check babies growth and urine output each month baby can grow around half a kg to 1 month have good proteins and hydrate well for better quality of milk

A. Maam lactation consultant is not available on the platform you will have to have an assessment with your doctors physically you like just talk to your doctor the lactation doctor and explain the situation and they will guide you also at the same age as child can have a different appetite than other child so maybe unable to make sufficient breastfeeding which is why this could be happening if you like you can also go for a combination feeding before your boy
