#asktheexperts it's has been 3months after my delivery via c-sec ...is it safe to be sexually active? I have not got my periods yet.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. you can start having intercourse as early as 8 weeks after surgery and as it has already been 3 months you can start but avoid any positions that will put any pressure on your abdomen and also use contraception because even if you didn't get your cycles the ovulation can happen and you can get pregnant
