No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.
Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand .

Mostly doctors recommend to give water and solids only once your baby turned six months old till the time there is no need to give anything else and baby should be totally on mother’s milk. Mother’s milk contains high percentage of water which also fulfil the need of water in babies
