#asktheexperts is rash cream mandatorily applied/required if diaper is changed in 10 minutes?

A. No then it is not required if you’re generally applying a diaper ice cream whenever you’re changing the diaper in general then you should of course use it but if you’re using it right after 10 minutes of putting it then there is no problem if you don’t want to use it it is alright
