A. you can go with rash free cream it really works good and if nothing is working simply apply any cold pressed oil like coconut oil or olive oil on the area. clean well every time you change the diaper and apply the cream or oil . also make sure baby should not wear same diaper more than 3 to 4 hours or as required . give a diaper free time once in day of possible
