Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. according to the current guidelines and recommendation by the government of India lactating mothers can take covid vaccination as it is safe in this period so the vaccination can be taken now safelyand further you can seek guidance from your doctor for prvfoper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important

As per current guidelines lactating mother's are not supposed to take the said vaccination.
You may confirm it from your physician as well
Take sunbath daily with head and ears covered in the morning
Take lots of vitamin C
Take easy to digest food and nutritious diet
