*Food tantrum kosam:*
1. Force cheyaku - Plate lo koncham koncham pettu, vadike tinanivvu. Mess chesina parledu.
2. Same time ki tiffin pettu, gap lo chips/biscuits ivvaku.
3. Weight kosam - ghee, egg, banana, curd rice, moong dal khichdi daily pettu. Ragi java kuda chala manchidi.
*Mental health & learning kosam:*
1. Alphabets ante book tho kadu, wall meeda colourful charts, ABCD songs pettu (FirstCry lo chala unnayi)
2. Body parts game - "Where is nose?" ani nuvvu cheppi vadini chupincha manu. Daily bath time lo cheppu.
3. Screen time tagginchi, floor play ekkuva ivvu - blocks, clay, water play valla brain active avuthundi.
4. Roju 15 mins nuvvu phone pakkana petti, vanitho matrame aadu. Ade biggest mental health boost.
Tantrum vesinappudu aruvaku, hug chesi divert chey. 2 years varaku tantrums normal ye.

The pain could be due to other Regency The stitches their refuse stitches are paining or that area is paining then yes you should check with your doctor but if the area is paining but it is not because of the stitches you have a tummy pain then you can check with your doctor for that reason it is not associated with C-section generally
