#asktheexperts is cradle cap infectious? do we need to comb them out? are they skin flakes? is it painful for babies when we remove the flakes? does is damage skin?

A. It’s not infectious is basically it’s kind of a thing which is going to come out of the system it’s stick to the scalp of the child so when you sort of brush oil or shampoo the hair dandruff comes out in flakes it also comes out like that only sometimes it will come like a hard skin portion but that’s completely normal if you see any of the situation immediately apply coconut oil it is the same with every child so this is normal
