when removing cradle cap through comb the hairs also fall out with it, so is it normal? and will these hairs come back or not?

Hello ma’am Yes it is completely normal don’t worry about it basically this growth is temporary one and the actual growth comes when you get the Mundan done for your child. So as of now even if the hair falling along with cradle Then you do not need to worry about it
