A. Namaste Mam, Prefer home made fresh foods, and natural foods , so foods from varied food groups can be included as to give you a well balanced diet. Have enough fluids - water , coconut water, buttrermilk, dry fruits , seasonal fruits , vegetables, dals etc You could probably prefer to avoid processed , too much of refined sugars, high spicy foods as well, fruits thorughout pregnancy avoid pineapple and papaya
