#asktheexperts iam loosing so much of hair now a days .. and my periods is also got extended. for eg. earlier it was 7days now it is of 9 to 10 days is ot normal

it happens because of hormonal changes
so please take Healthy and nutritious diet which help to balance your hormonal level.
keep your self well hydrated.
Apply mixture of coconut oil and two drops of rosemary oil on your hair , twice in a week
it will help to prevent hair fall.
