Q.

#asktheexpert I am 38 years old. I am loosing a lot of hair. I am aneamic and taking Iron supplements, I usually have heavy periods. No other ailments. Please suggest something so that the hair loss stops.

A. most of the times the last of hair is because of hormonal imbalance after delivery it can be because of given iron and calcium deficiency also it is advisable to consult your doctor take proper supplements

A. If Your periods are really very heavy then you should just consult your gynaecologist once regarding the same and for hair for I can advise you just make some ginger juice and coconut oil together apply it into your scalp and roots keep it for ten minutes and then just wash it with any mild chemical free shampoo
