#asktheexperts iam 1 month 8 days baby new mom .iam breastfeeding my daughter but it's been very painful since 2 st day even today iam suffering from pain .nipples get dry and cracked I use nipples care ointment but there is no any changes .please suggest me something .can I give formula as alternatively

Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further guidance in this matter. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctors advice. there will be a gradual improvement.
