#asktheexperts I would like to know about some of the healthy and energy boosting food options as I am experiencing loss of energy and weakness post delivery. kindly help me with the same.

A. good evening you should try to eat milk and Milk products roasted makhana fresh fruit juices seasonal vegetables specially eggs dry fruits and you should also try to have things like green moong chilka Dal which are easy to digest but good with nutrition
