1- milk
2- Dal's
3- Fruits like papaya , banana, apple, anar etc.
4- paneer
5- nuts like almonds n walnuts.
avoid coffee n tea consumption or if take , then limit to two cups a day. n choose tea over coffee

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
please take daily sun light exposure
