Kindly consult your gynaecologist constipation can be quite normal in this age because when you do not have sufficient amount of liquid or fibre into your diet you can face constipation and with pregnant women it’s normal and for acne you should reduce down having anything which is excessive heat into it maybe due to winter season you are consuming something more like that
