#asktheexperts I'm mom of 3.5 months old twin baby boys, im not getting proper breastmilk, but initially when i delivered the babies I had a decent amount of supply. when i hear others talking about breastfeeding i feel so depressed. how may I increase breast milk supply ?

A. probably for twins milk may be insufficient you can give some formula milk And also it is advisable for the to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for some investigations also depending on the need o k

A. not getting breast milk take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds jeera sabudana Dalia ragi oats drumstick more you nurse milk will increase
