#asktheexpert I have twin baby boys at home, they are 3 y 3 m old, both them has brittle nails. what could be the problem?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl5 months agoA. hi mostly calcium deficiency can cause this problem so ,i suggest to give calcium rich food items like ragi ,nuts ,dairy products more to your child give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
