Q.
breastmilk has been stopped....only im getting 3 to 4 drops not more than that... when i got delivered immediately my milk secretion was good upto next 5 days...and it got reduced by half and after that it is reduced to 4 drops... how can i get back my milk level high....i had my twins in sep 9....one of my twin is no more... i lost her after 5 days of my delivery...im not interested to give a nan powder milk... but im not having any option except that

See It is not necessary that a mother would have sufficient lactation always so you can definitely go ahead with formula milk only in the meanwhile you should I would amount of liquid fibre and protein rich diet and calls you can have lactation supplements so that will help in increasing your lactation
