Q.

#asktheexperts I'm 36 weeks pregnant and the baby weight is 2.2kgs. Other than this all my scan reports were normal. So, my doctor suggested a c-section after 37 weeks as the baby weight is less than expected. Is it really necessary to go for a c-section or is there any option for a normal delivery?

A. Mam it is not necessary to go for C-section if you your child is underweight I do agree as per the normal standard but still a lot of women can pull of normal delivery but we would not like to interfere with what your doctor says so you can go ahead with what your doctors advising because a lot of factors are taken into consideration before even suggesting a C-section
