Q.
#asktheexperts I’m 29 years old nd I’m mother of two children , In January 2021 i hv second delivery I didn’t hv my period bt before two months ago i hv periods for three days only but till now there is no period, i do yoga , running, nd drinking warm water as well and i m not feed my second child . So What can i do for this . Is there anything serious?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. if there is irregular period then it has to checked by the doctor as irregular period may be because of change in hormone levels, thyroid BP level or else.. may be.. consult your doctor and then accordingly take treatment.. take care..
