#asktheexperts i hv gained only 1 kg weight in my 19 week pregnancy..should i be concerned for it ..??

A. hi mom each month you should gain almost a kg have good proteins in diet dals curds soya tofu paneer eggs chicken include these in your diet have nuts powder in milk
