A. Hello good morning !! Yes muscle pain/cramps is common in the initial days of exercise . Take a hot water bath,heat pack and continue the regular exercise as guided by your Doctor or trainer. If you observe severe pain then check if it's muscle strain.

A. give hot water massage . don't stand or walk so much time. Take a little break to do your works
