have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast and have good water intake.
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle.
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in weight loss.

If your baby is more than six months old so you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results early. Also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan
