Have satavar stick or satavari powder in milk early in the morning empty stomach for best results. Buy from Amazon and have it for 12-14 days in one go. I personally had this and breastfed my son till 3.5 years.
Since in starting, nipples become sore and eventually soften. Apply your breastmilk on nipples areas.
Once you get good breastmilk supply then try using Philips avent manual breast pump. This is easy and safe to use. It is a helping hand for young generation mother's which are working.
