Q.

#asktheexperts i have a month old baby boy. he is unable to latch on for breast feeding. im using pump but its very less quantity. have tried shield too but it did not help. please advice your valuable suggestions

A. Hello dear parent, breast milk production increases as per baby's requirement and as baby grows. So for a new born 10 to 15 ml of breast that you are able to extract that is also enough. You should drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply, Also if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby.
