Wikoryl be good that you can take currently if you want because I have taken it during my lactation period the doctor approved me for it so I can suggest you on the basis of what I took but I would still recommend you to confirm with your doctor you should never take a chance in terms of medication specially during the time of pregnancy and your feeding journey
