#asktheexperts I have 1 yr 10 month kid, she drinks water at night during sleep frequently. Is this ok? She always ask for water when she is sleeping.

A. Namaste Mom, If it is disturbing her sleep , not fine, make sure she is hydrated throughout the day. as at times these things go unnoticed about kids not having much fluids intake
